Having a diameter of 50 mm and 24 VDC, the RollerDrives are the ideal solution to drive roller conveyors as they are designed to be mounted in very limited spaces.

The types are:

BT100, silence: having a BrushType motor it is the only one in the range to be controlled directly without the use of any interposing controls. It is the ideal choice for simple conveyor systems that require intermittent duty operation, also with different starts/stops cycles. IP66 enclosure available.

EC100, versatility: having a Brushless motor it is designed to replace in a flexible way those conveyors equipped with pinion or chain driven rollers even in slope sections thanks to the variable torque for constant throughput featuring this roller.

EC200, power: having a Brushless motor and an integrated motor control it allows to arrange conveyors up to handle heavy loads by keeping constant the set speed thanks to the wide range of proposed torques. IP66 enclosure available.

EC300, speed: having a Brushless motor it is equipped with intelligent electronics and high speed up to 2 m/s. It is designed for a variety of applications at high speeds, becoming the perfect solution for high performances systems.
