The Rulmeca rollers, idler sets, garlands are designed and manufactured in conformity to the norms of the "ATEX" 94/9/EC Directive, Ex Group I,  category M2 (for Mines), Ex Group II, category 2G (for Gas) and 2D (for Dust), Ex Group II, category 3G (for Gas) and 3D (for Dust).

Among the wide Bulk handling product range, having prestigious references worldwide, we highlight the PSV series for heavy duty belt conveyors, high speed and for large lump size material, shaft diameter from 20 to 40mm – tube diameter from 63 to 194mm.

Nowadays Rulli Rulmeca is orienting the research and development on components in thermoplastic material. Up to now Rulmeca can offer two types of thermoplastic rollers: the PL series (medium-light range) and the SUPREME, anticorrosion and antiabrasion heavy duty roller. Rulmeca is now studying the feasibility of a brand new roller with tube and bearing housing completely in thermoplastic material, aimed to medium duty applications.
