An important confectionery Company based in Salerno signed an important agreement for the supply of more than 64.000 pieces per day of fresh precooked products for the motorway cafeterias on the Italian motorways net.

The necessity of the Company was to build a plant for the independent leavening of products, replacing the traditional tower plant with spiral belts.

The Company Meta Meccanica Evoluzione Srl in Ripatransone (Ascoli Piceno), Rulmeca customer, was charged of this important project.

The priority was to build a compact, lean and clean structure for the food industry, all strategic elements for the choice and the use of Motorized Pulleys.

The Rulmeca supply consists in Motorized Pulleys 113i as follows:
- 34 pcs. Ø 113 stainless steel exec. 0,10 kW
length RL=800  for the central structure belts;
- 03 pcs. Ø 113 stainless steel exec. 0,035 kW
length RL=800  for the feeding belts;
- 03 pcs. Ø 113 stainless steel exec. 0,10 kW
length RL=850  for the exit belts;
- 01 pcs. Ø 113 stainless steel exec. 0,10 kW
length RL=800  for the load cells shuttle belt.

They manufactured an innovative plant, creating an alternative to the old tower plant with spiral belts and above all, all the customer’s expectations were satisfied.
