Rulli Rulmeca will show the whole range of products dedicated to the material and units handling at Ipack-Ima 2012 - Hall 24 - Stand B51 - C54. The  attention will be especially focused on two emerging products: the RollerDrive and the new Belt Drive with synchronous  motor.

The new product within the RollerDrive range is the new powerful and versatile RollerDrive EC310. The new EC310 opens the door to a new generation of products – with high reliability and performance of the Brushless motor with internal control, together with versatility, wide range of speed and torque. Thanks to its high performances, the RollerDrive EC310 has ideal application in the severest but also lightest conditions, granting the highest possible technology to the conveyor system thanks to the Drive Control DC20 and DC4 and the ZoneControl for zero accumulation.
A favorable quality/price balance makes this RollerDrive the easy choice, able to satisfy the most demanding customers.
The new Interroll design and the high product quality feature the high standard level of the conveyors.
The RollerDrive EC310 is a save-energy project, being equipped with a system to save energy during  the unit brake.
For the first time in Italy and in occasion of Ipack-Ima Rulli Rulmeca launches the new Rulmeca/Interroll Belt Drive equipped by a synchronous motor with permanent magnets, a real new product on our market.
This product provides the typical performances of servo motors, joint with the use flexibility and the high performance, all traditional features  of the Belt Drives, now further improved.
High torque values, wide speed range, with or without retroaction,  allow a smooth and precise handling in the food industry as well as in logistics, packaging and dynamic weighing.
The combination of the synchronous motor with permanent magnets and a highly efficient transmission of the planetary steel gear assures a very high performance of the belt conveyor drive and much more.
The application of the synchronous drive brings evident advantages in comparison with other conventional systems such as gear motors and servo motors.
Together with the new system IFI-IP55 (Interroll Frequency Inverter) it is now possible to get the high performances of the synchronous Belt Drive but with a sensorless design, so as to decrease drastically the general costs.
Some features of this Inverter, able to decentralize the controls and inputs of the belt drive directly to the conveyors structure, are the fact of  being  pre-set with IP55 protection grade, the restricted dimensions and the Asi Bus interface.

Furthermore at Ipack-Ima Rulli Rulmeca will be glad to officially open the special event of the 50th anniversary from the foundation (1962-2012), celebrating  50 years’ experience, quality and innovation in the production of rollers and components for material handling.
